SummerSlam 2008: The epic encounter of John Cena and Batista

A meeting of two future Hall-Of-Famers, a clash of the titans, the immoveable object vs. the unstoppable force. Whatever term you want to use, there is no secret that this was an epic encounter. It didn’t need much of a back story, other than simply saying it was a first time meeting on opposing sides that Cena and Batista had. They went six years without crossing each others paths in a one-on-one match, finally the night came. The two squared off on the second grandest stage in the WWE and “put on a clinic,” as its been termed. As fans of Cena, we weren’t too pleased with the outcome [or the injury that followed]… However, it left us wanting one thing: Part 2!

It certainly looks to be that way as well. With the rumoured (and highly speculated) match taking place on the Grandest Stage of them all with Cena representing Hart and Batista representing McMahon… Will we see it? AND can Cena come out on top?
