FAQs

Have a question? Please read through these before contacting us.

Are you John Cena?

No, I’m not John Cena, nor do I have any affiliation with him. This fansite is run by a fan of his and we do not have any direct contact with John Cena.

Can I have John Cena’s e-mail address?

John Cena does not have a public e-mail address, but you can write to him via snail-mail by posting to WWE Stamford offices or alternatively writing to John Cena through the company’s website. Here is the link in which you will find all the necessary information on contacting John Cena:

https://secure.wwe.com/forms/help/superstar.php

Please be aware that due to the large volume of e-mail and fan-mail John Cena receives, he may not be available to write back to you.

Can you send me John Cena media?

This is a fansite, not a media resource. If you have any requests which you would like to be processed, please post it on the community. Other than the videos we currently have on the site, we cannot guarantee any other videos to be put up. We provide what we deem necessary which includes weekly shows and Pay-Per-Views. In the unlikely event that we start doing rebounds, we may then take requests. However, this is not a planned feature for the website.

Does John Cena have any social networking accounts?

We try our hardest to make sure that any accounts which are real get noticed. As of this writing, John Cena has a WWE Universe profile, which you can find at the link below and also has a Twitter profile, which again you can find underneath. John Cena does not have anything past these two which means he does not have MySpace or a Facebook profile. Please attempt to stay up-to-date with us regarding any changes to his social networking status as we will attempt to cover them all.

How did you create this website?

The website was originally created with hand-coded HTML and a script called Cute News for the news. We have since moved on and now use a Content Management System (more commonly referred to as “CMS”) called WordPress which allows flexibility and provides a great user interface. It also reduces the need for hard coding on the website.

Can I use some of your content on my own personal website/weblog/forum?

It depends primarily on what you want to use. It doesn’t hurt to ask and we are pretty lenient on what sort of content can be used. Certain things on the website such as fan photos are strictly off limits as the original author has granted exclusive permission to J-Cena.com for us to use. In the event that you wish to use these, you will need to contact the original authors. As for news, information and other things, you will be expected to ask permission and to credit us whenever possible.

Can I send in my own media?

It depends on what it is. We are more than happy to receive any picture donations and video donations for the site. However, we are not looking to receive any sort of fan fiction novels and opinion columns as of this writing.

Where can I go when the website is down?

In the unlikely event that the website goes down, you can find us at our social networking links where the latest information will be posted. We will be periodically updating that whenever possible to ensure the least amount of down-time possible and during this time you will also be able to find updates regarding John Cena that we aren’t able to post.
